     Cette technologie est basée sur le principe de Résonance Plasmonique de Surface (SPR). Issue d’un couplage entre un biocapteur recouvert d’or et d’un système optique, elle permet le suivi en temps réel des interactions sans besoin de marquer les molécules et le calcul des constantes d’affinités et des paramètres cinétiques.
