The Mass Cytometry and Imaging Core is the first French structure to provide the Hyperion Imaging system (Fluidigm ©). This innovative technology allows high multiplexing of up to 40 simultaneous markers on cell suspension or tissue section using stable isotopic metal-conjugated antibodies or probes. The signal detection by mass spectrometry (3rd generation CyTOF) allows the use of complex panels without the limits of fluorescence (background, spectral spread and need of composition)
