Platform of Proteomic Imaging and molecular Interactions (PP2I) / BioCampus

The Platform of Proteomic Imaging and molecular Interactions PP2I offers facilities in proteomics and molecular interaction and technical support (M Pugnière and C Larroque).

PP2I is integrated in a collaborative network of complementary facilities in Proteomics (PPM, http://www.ppm.cnrs.fr/) The PP2I facility offers services to researchers from both the public and private sectors, requiring access to Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) and Proteomic Imagery technologies and expertise. PP2I collaborates with the biological research community on numerous projects mainly in the fields of infectiology (EuroBioMed, http://www.holobiosud.fr/) and oncology (GSO _Canceropôle, http://www.canceropole-gso.org).

Platform of Proteomic Imaging and molecular Interactions (PP2I) / BioCampus

La Plateforme Proteomique Imagerie et Interactions moléculaires PP2I offre technologie et expertise dans le domaine de l’analyse des interactions moléculaires par SPR (protéine/protéine, protéine/petites molécules) ainsi que dans le domaine de la Protéomique.

Cette plateforme est une des composantes du Pôle Protéome de Montpellier PPM, labellisé IBISA, et est affiliée à la structure Fédérative de Recherche UMR Biocampus (UMS 3426). Elle est impliquée dans de nombreux domaines de recherche dont la cancérologie (Cancéropôle Grand Sud Ouest et SIRIC Montpellier) et le développement des anticorps thérapeutiques (Labex MAb Improve). Elle participe à des travaux collaboratifs avec des partenaires académiques et industriels.
